Project summary
Located in a strategic sector of Providencia —at the corner of Almirante Pastene and Pérez Valenzuela, a few steps from Manuel Montt Metro station and with excellent connectivity to Avenida Andrés Bello—, this emblematic corporate project, inaugurated in mid-2025, consolidated MetLife Chile's presence in the sector:
Plaza Bucarest Building (Bucarest 150, Providencia): A modern fitted area of 3,550 m² distributed over 4 floors (with a base structured across 3,200 m² of primary development), executed during 2019.
Architectural Authorship: A cutting-edge design project conceived by the prestigious architectural firm Riquelme y Videla.
Execution and High Engineering: Constructora Lago Riñihue was the company selected to materialise the fit-out of these corporate offices, exceeding the high technical and finishing standards demanded by the financial institution.
Logistical Complexity and Urban Mitigation: A major operational challenge due to its location in a residential area, which required the implementation of strict protocols and noise and traffic flow mitigation solutions to execute a complex refurbishment without disturbing the neighbourhood's tranquillity.
