Constructora Lago Riñihue began operations in 1993 under the direction of architects Vernon Robert and Iván Sapunar, both graduates of Universidad Católica. From 2004 onwards, the company strengthened its value proposition by implementing an integrated work model that brings design and construction execution under a single, centralized management, ensuring efficiency and consistency in every project.
