1. Site owner

This website is owned by Constructora Lago Riñihue Ltda., Chilean Tax ID 78.802.550-5, domiciled at Comandante Malbec 13690, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile (hereinafter “Lago Riñihue”, “the Company” or “we”). Contact: constructora@lagorinihue.cl · +56 2 2185 520.

2. Purpose and scope

The site is informational and serves as a commercial contact channel: it presents our services, project portfolio and company background, and allows you to start a commercial conversation through the contact form.

Site content does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, budget or contractual commitment. Any engagement is formalised through a separate written contract between the parties.

3. Permitted use

By using the site you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in the contact form.
  • Not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or contrary to good faith.
  • Not attempt unauthorised access to systems, servers or data associated with the site.
  • Not introduce malicious software or perform actions affecting the site's operation or availability.
  • Not carry out massive automated extraction of content, images or data (scraping) without written authorisation.
  • Not impersonate third parties or send unsolicited communications through the form.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The “Constructora Lago Riñihue” brand, logo, site design, texts, drawings, project photographs and all editorial material are owned by the Company or their respective owners and are protected by Chilean and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Linking to the site and quoting content with attribution is permitted.

Client logos and trademarks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown solely as a reference to completed works.

5. Portfolio, images and confidentiality

Project images correspond to works executed by the Company and are referential. Some works are subject to confidentiality agreements with the client: in those cases the project may appear without images or marked as confidential.

Square-metre figures, execution years and architecture teams shown are referential data drawn from each project's records and may vary from contractual documentation.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep content updated and error-free, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or permanent validity. The Company may modify, suspend or remove content and sections at any time without prior notice.

We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, which may be affected by maintenance, third-party provider failures or force majeure.

7. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party websites or social networks. The Company does not control such content and assumes no responsibility for it; access is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use or inability to use the site, from decisions based solely on its informational content, or from service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that the law declares non-waivable, nor the obligations assumed by the Company under construction contracts signed with its clients.

9. Personal data protection

Processing of personal data collected through the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By submitting the form you declare that you have read and accepted it.

10. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Continued use of the site after an amendment implies acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights recognised by law.
