Project summary
As Chile's most specialised and renowned private non-profit oncology centre — dedicated exclusively to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research, and teaching of cancer, and attending to approximately 10% of the country's cases — Fundación Arturo López Pérez (FALP) has entrusted Constructora Lago Riñihue with its significant modern expansion and continuous evolution:
The Grand Expansion of the North Tower (2017-2018): Construction of this imposing, high-tech medical infrastructure began in March 2017 and was inaugurated in October 2018. It comprises a 5-storey building vertically interconnected with complex underground radiotherapy bunkers, covering a total area of 31,344 m².
Long-term Trust-based Relationship and Continuous Improvement: This project represents one of our construction company's most solid alliances, remaining under constant execution and remodelling to this day, addressing the foundation's continuous changes and growth demands.
Hospital Expertise of the Highest Standard: A categorical testament to our technical capability to plan, coordinate, and execute highly complex clinical infrastructure, exceeding rigorous regulatory, operational, and safety standards under incessant demand.
