Project summary
Inaugurated in 2022, the corporate offices of VanTrust Capital —a renowned Chilean stockbroker and general fund administrator founded in 2006— were structured under a high-end, integrated model, aimed at consolidating its image as a boutique private bank. The development unified the experience of architect Alfonso Armas in conceptual design with the specialised execution of Constructora Lago Riñihue.
Project Technical Specification
Total Area: The fit-out covered an open-plan area of 1,322 m².
Location: 18th floor of the Edificio Parque Sur, in the business hub of Nueva Las Condes (Cerro El Plomo 5420).
Pillars of Design and Construction Alfonso Armas's design and Lago Riñihue's construction simultaneously addressed the aesthetic requirements for clients and the technical challenges of a financial administrator:
Dual-purpose Distribution: The space was strictly divided into two zones. An elegant public section dedicated to Wealth Management (with private meeting rooms featuring high acoustic insulation) and a low-density internal operational section.
The Trading Floor (Mesa de Dinero): This was the most technologically complex core of the setup. It was designed with Silestone (high-resistance quartz) countertops, featuring hidden electrification installations and redundant data networks to ensure uninterrupted operation of stock transaction screens.
Materiality and Warmth: To move away from the cold aesthetic of traditional banking, the interior design combined clean structures in graphite-toned lacquered MDF with noble wood claddings and cedar veneers, visible from the main reception desk to the desks of senior management.
Lighting: Recessed and diffused technical lighting was implemented in the false ceilings, calculated to reduce visual fatigue during the extended working hours of market analysts.
This project reaffirms our expertise in materialising exclusive corporate spaces for the financial sector.
