Sonnedix Corporate Offices in Las Condes: Expansion, Design, and Operational Continuity

Located in the district of Las Condes (Magdalena 140), Sonnedix's local corporate offices — a renewable energy multinational founded in 2009 that operates as an independent power producer (IPP) dedicated to acquiring, developing, constructing, and operating long-term clean energy projects globally — underwent a complete refurbishment and image upgrade as part of an expansion process led by Colliers:

Architectural Authorship and Design: The interior design and spatial planning project was undertaken by the renowned architect Xavier Trajtman, consolidating a successful working partnership with our construction company on spaces for multinationals.

Construction Execution and Operational Continuity: The construction work was carried out by Constructora Lago Riñihue, facing the primary challenge of fitting out the offices while the company's team continued to work actively within them.

Two-Stage Strategy: To ensure operational continuity without interrupting business, the physical execution was strictly divided into two stages, completed within very tight deadlines and meticulously coordinated with the internal relocations of staff.

Final Result: A creative, modern, and welcoming space that fully met the demanding standards and expectations of the renewable energy multinational.

This project reflects our significant capability to execute complex works under strict continuous operational constraints.
