Cooking Media

Located within the Canal 13 facilities, the new offices for the television production company Cooking Media span an area of 460 m², completed in 2025:

Client Profile: Cooking Media is one of the most important and influential audiovisual production companies and content creators in current Chilean television, solidifying its position as the main driving force behind the rebirth and golden age of high-competition reality shows in the country.

Modality and Architectural Authorship: The project was developed under the design & build modality and was led by our architect Macarena Fournies in collaboration with Constructora Lago Riñihue.

Management and Direct Award: Although it originated as a direct award, the management and execution fully met the client's expectations, optimally adjusting to the resources available within their budget.

The Great Challenge (Low Cost and High Creativity): The project posed the challenge of materialising a very low-cost proposal with exceptionally high creativity, ingeniously responding to the multiple and complex space solution requirements put forth by the client.

Interpretation of Identity: The architect precisely interpreted the production company's needs and transformed them into functional, expressive, and representative spaces reflecting its corporate and creative identity.
